We are looking for an experienced Dishwasher/Porter to join our culinary team. If you are highly motivated with a strong work ethic and want to kickstart your career in a high-volume environment, we’d love to meet you!
Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness in all dishwashing and kitchen areas, including pot sinks, prep surfaces, and equipment.
- Support overall restaurant cleanliness by sanitizing sinks, countertops, tabletops, doors, and walls.
- Organize and maintain the storeroom, manage deliveries, and handle linen storage and distribution.
- Continuously remove trash and recyclables from all areas of the restaurant to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Assist with general prep and cleaning tasks as needed to support kitchen and service operations.
- Work closely with the service team to ensure smooth operations throughout the shift.
- Other duties as assigned by Manager.
Requirements:
- Ideally, with experience as a Dishwasher/Porter.
- Who are able to follow health and safety procedures laid out by management, city, state and federal requirements.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with speed and accuracy.
- With open flexibility to work various shifts.

Responsabilidades:
- Mantener la limpieza en todas las áreas de lavado de platos y cocina, incluyendo fregaderos de ollas, superficies de preparación y equipos.
- Apoyar la limpieza general del restaurante desinfectando fregaderos, encimeras, mesas, puertas y paredes.
- Organizar y mantener el almacén, gestionar las entregas y encargarse del almacenamiento y distribución de la ropa de cocina.
- Retirar continuamente la basura y los reciclables de todas las áreas del restaurante para mantener un ambiente limpio y seguro.
- Ayudar con tareas generales de preparación y limpieza según sea necesario para apoyar las operaciones de cocina y servicio.
- Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con el equipo de servicio para asegurar un funcionamiento fluido durante el turno.
- Otras tareas asignadas por el gerente.
Requisitos:
