Key Responsibilities
- Design high-quality visual assets for podcasts, social media, websites, email campaigns, digital advertising, and other marketing initiatives.
- Ensure brand consistency and maintain a high standard of creative excellence across all content.
- Apply SEO and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) best practices to improve content visibility and discoverability.
- Create promotional content and graphics that support podcast growth, audience engagement, and lead generation efforts.
- Assist our podcast videographer with video production and editing for our podcasts and marketing content, or demonstrate a strong willingness to learn video production workflows.
- Develop fresh, creative ideas for marketing campaigns, content series, and audience engagement initiatives.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and competing priorities while meeting deadlines.
- Incorporate feedback quickly and effectively, collaborating closely with the Creative Director and other team members to refine creative work.
- Stay current on design trends, digital marketing best practices, and emerging content opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- 3-4 years of professional graphic design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing digital and marketing-focused creative work.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or other professional design tools.
- Understanding of SEO fundamentals and interest in AEO and AI-driven search trends.
- Ability to work quickly, adapt to changing priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Strong creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to generating new ideas.
- Receptive to constructive feedback and committed to continual improvement.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience creating content for podcasts, social media, or digital marketing campaigns.
- Working knowledge of video editing software such as Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with content management systems, email marketing platforms, and digital analytics tools.
