We are looking for a Preschool Director (preferably Billingual) who will provide hands-on leadership, ensure regulatory compliance, support staff development, and cultivate strong relationships with families. The ideal candidate is organized, flexible, and confident managing all aspects of preschool administration. This is a full-time position in a high-energy, educational setting. Salary will be based on experience and qualifications.
Experience: Previous experience as a preschool director or administrator.- Licensing & Certifications: Must meet state-specific director certification requirements. Pediatric First Aid and CPR certifications are required.-

Schedule:
- Monday–Friday
- Must be flexible to work an 8-hour shift (within operating hours)
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily center operations in accordance with California Title 22 licensing regulations
- Manage enrollment processes and maintain strong occupancy rates.
- Lead parent communication and resolve concerns professionally
- Conduct tours and support enrollment and retention efforts
- Maintain positive, professional parent communication
- Create staff schedules and maintain ratio compliance
- Hire, train, mentor, and evaluate staff
- Foster a nurturing, safe, and developmentally appropriate learning environment
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Preschool Director (or similar leadership role in early childhood education)
- Minimum 2 years experience in a licensed childcare center
- Previous lead teacher, assistant director, or director experience preferred
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong knowledge of licensing regulations and compliance standards
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills with parents, staff, and community members
- Ability to multitask and manage administrative responsibilities
