Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. The RN is responsible for providing high-quality nursing care, administering medications and treatments, assessing residents' health needs, and collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
- Monitor resident conditions and document changes accurately.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and staff.
- Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), as assigned.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility policies.
- Respond to emergencies and provide appropriate interventions.
Qualifications:
- Current RN license in good standing.
- CPR/BLS certification.
- Strong communication and critical-thinking skills.
- Long-term care experience preferred but not required.
Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
