Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The RN is responsible for providing high-quality nursing care, administering medications and treatments, assessing residents' health needs, and collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
- Monitor resident conditions and documents changes accurately
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and staff
- Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants and Certified Medication Aides
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility policies
- Respond to emergencies and provide appropriate interventions
Qualifications
- Current RN license in good standing
- CPR/BLS certification
- Strong communication and critical-thinking skills
- Long-Term care experience preferred but not required
Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
