Approximate Schedule:
- Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays: 8:15 AM–12:00 PM & 1:30–5:15 PM
- Tuesdays: 8:15 AM–2:00 PM
- Fridays: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM (Occasional)

What You'll Do:
Be the friendly face of our clinic and help create a smooth, welcoming experience for our patients! Your day-to-day will include:
- Warmly greeting patients and managing the flow of the office
- Answering phones, scheduling appointments, and building positive relationships
- Handling payments and basic paperwork/charting with accuracy and care
- Verifying insurance and maintaining organized patient files
- Assisting the doctor during treatments and therapies
- Performing general office tasks to keep everything running efficiently
- Social Media
Who We're Looking For:
We're seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual who thrives in a people-focused role. Ideal qualities include:
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) – you're confident and compassionate
- Strong organization skills
- Extreme attention to detail
- Comfort with computer tasks and standing for periods of time
- A genuine passion for personal health and helping others feel their best
- Billing/insurance background is a bonus
Previous front desk or insurance experience is preferred, but not required – we provide full training!
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $18.00 per hour
