Radiance Chiropractic is looking to grow our team! We are a neurologically-based chiropractic office in Cedar Falls, IA that takes an in-depth look at the function of the nervous system to provide individualized care to children and adults. REQUIREMENTS:
-Excellent Customer Service/people skills
-Preferred (but not required) background in science or medical field, especially anatomy and physiology
-Able to relate to others and make them feel comfortable
-Able to learn and memorize scripts
-Must be a team player and enjoy working with others
-Must be comfortable in a very fast-paced environment
-Comfortable and confident with children, especially newborns and children with sensory processing/ASD
-Must be able to be present while multitasking
-Must be willing to learn to effectively communicate about the nervous system
-Must have basic knowledge and comfort with computers and technology
-Must be available 1 weekend a month
Responsibilities:- Running the front desk with scheduling and phones- Giving educational tours of the office- Performing in-depth neurological scans to aid in patient care- Explaining scans to patients-Going through X-Rays- Explaining the recommendations and cost of personalized patient care- Maintaining a clean and organized environment- Getting into the community to explain chiropractic care to the masses- Meeting new people and challenging old belief patterns on a daily basis
