Summary/Objective:
In-house worker to perform plastering and painting work for residential apartments in Manhattan.
Responsibilities:
· Extensive plastering and wallboard installations
· Painting (touch-up and larger areas)
· Repairing and Installing Ceramic Tiles
· Cement when necessary
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
· Experience working with plastering and painting projects
· Ability to work independently
· Responsible and reliable
· General knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, and/or electrical a plus
Job Type: Full-time
