Job Description: The Practical Nursing (PN) Instructor provides classroom, laboratory, and clinical instruction to students enrolled in a growing PN program. This role supports student learning, promotes safe and competent nursing practice, and ensures that instruction aligns with state regulations, program standards, and current evidence-based nursing practice.

Key responsibilities include:curriculum development, faculty recruitment and evaluation, didactic, skills, and clinical instruction, budget management, student retention, and maintaining clinical partnerships.

Job Requirements:Required:

• Master's degree in Nursing or Nursing Education; will consider also candidates with a bachelor's degree in nursing and enrolled in and actively pursuing a master's degree or higher in nursing.
• NYS Professional Nursing License & current CPR certification
• Strong teaching, clinical, communication, and computer skills
• Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational abilitiesPreferred:
• Doctorate in Nursing or related field
• Experience with simulation-based learning Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
