Insurance Producer

We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Insurance Producer for a full-time, on-site position based in Mobile, AL. Responsibilities include providing insurance solutions to clients, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role involves prospecting new clients, explaining coverage options, managing policy renewals, and delivering exemplary customer service throughout the insurance process.

• Strong skills in Insurance Sales and the ability to understand various insurance products
• Experience in Customer Service and a commitment to building positive client relationships
• Proficient Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Basic knowledge of Employee Benefits and their importance in crafting insurance packages
• Ability to work collaboratively and demonstrate professionalism in client interactions
• Previous experience in the insurance industry is preferred
• Must hold applicable licenses or certifications as required for insurance practices
