Responsibilities
- Responsible for proofreading and mailing policies to agents.
- Responsible for proofreading checks, letters, and forms that are to be mailed to the customer.
- Prepare duplicate policies.
- Key information on policy documents.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Part I LOMA (Course 1 and 2) is helpful.
- Business courses helpful.
- Basic computer skills.
- Good reading and English skills.
- Good documentation and organizational skills are a must.
- Typing and calculator expertise is necessary.
- Ability to work independently and as a team.
