Role Description This is a full-time, on-site CSR/Associate Agent position located in Gadsden, AL. The Associate Agent will support customers by answering inquiries about policies, coverages, billing, and claims, both in person and by phone or email. Responsibilities include processing policy changes, taking payments, preparing quotes, and assisting with new business applications in coordination with the lead agent. The role also includes helping the agency obtain new customers. This role is essentially a hybrid between customer service for existing customers and an opportunity for commission through sales.
