This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Sales Representative at our Montgomery, AL location. In this role, you will assist clients by addressing inquiries, providing policy information, resolving issues, and processing payments. You will also identify and pursue new sales opportunities, build meaningful relationships with customers, and maintain accurate records of client interactions. The role is customer-focused and requires ensuring a positive experience with every interaction.

• Customer Service and Communication skills: Ability to provide excellent service, handle inquiries, solve customer issues effectively, and maintain positive client relations.
• Sales and Negotiation skills: Proven ability to identify sales opportunities, explain product benefits, and close sales professionally.
• Administrative and Organizational skills: Capability to handle documentation, maintain records, and manage time efficiently.
• Adaptability and Problem-Solving skills: Flexibility to adapt to various situations and identify creative solutions to meet client needs.
• Proficiency in utilizing customer relationship management (CRM) tools or software is a plus.
