This hands-on role is essential in ensuring our facilities are safe, clean, and operating efficiently. You’ll handle a variety of repair and maintenance tasks — from fixing minor plumbing issues to touching up paint — keeping every Diamond Braces location in excellent condition.Essential Functions:Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks across multiple Diamond Braces offices (basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, etc.)Troubleshoot and resolve facility issues promptly to minimize downtimeConduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and safety concernsAssemble, install, or relocate furniture, fixtures, and small equipmentCoordinate and oversee outside vendors or contractors for specialized repairsMaintain detailed records of maintenance activities, materials used, and completed workEnsure all work complies with safety, building, and health regulationsTravel daily to various Diamond Braces locations as assigned.Qualifications:4 years of experience in general maintenance, handyman work, or facilities supportStrong working knowledge of building systems, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentryAbility to safely use hand and power toolsExcellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsValid driver’s license and reliable transportationFlexibility to travel between multiple locations within the regionDependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independentlyBackground in healthcare, dental, or multi-site facilities maintenance preferredBasic HVAC or appliance repair knowledge a plusExperience with work order tracking or maintenance scheduling systemsMust be proficient in English (Spanish & Russian a plus).Proficient in standard office software & applications.Strong computer and digital literacy skills.Strong communication skills a must.Benefits:Competitive hourly pay.Transportation reimbursement for gas, mileage, and tolls.Company-provided tools and supplies.Health, dental, and vision insurance.401(k) retirement plan with company match.Paid time off and holidays.
