If you’re upbeat, organized, and ready to make a difference every day — we want to meet you!Essential Functions:Performs sterilization procedures following protocols set in accordance with established guidelinesPrepares dental equipment and instrumentation - tray set-ups for dental proceduresObtains diagnostic records ordered by a dentist including X-Rays, intra-oral scans/photos, and alginate impressionsProvides direct patient care under the direct supervision of a dentistCreates entries in patients' medical records as directed by the treating dentistProvides patient education including care instructionsPerforms basic lab duties including the fabrication of Essix retainersPrepares and documents lab cases ensuring timely deliveryQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent.Minimum of 6 months of experience in a dental or healthcare setting.Knowledge and understanding of dental terminology, techniques, and procedures.Relevant dental assistant licensure (if required by state law) or experience as a foreign trained dentist a plus.Compliance with continuing education requirements to maintain state license/certification (if applicable).
