What are the responsibilities and job description for the School Age Childcare Group Leader position at Alexandria Public Schools?
Alexandria Public Schools Community Education offers a wide variety of youth and adult programs throughout the year. Community Education is looking for creative, energetic, and personable people who have a passion for families and have outstanding customer service skills to join our dynamic team.
Compass is Alexandria Community Education’s school-age care program, providing before and after school, non-school day and summer care for students PreK-6th Grade. The summer program is located in the Early Education Center and all 6 of our Elementary Schools.
Openings are available from 2:15-5:30pm or 3:30-5:30pm at the Early Education and all 6 Elementary Schools.
Up to $3.50/hour bonus pay in addition to hourly rate of pay.
Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have previous experience working with PreK-6th Grade students.
Be a self starter and perform a job with little supervision.
Must be in good physical condition.
Compensation: $17.86
