Weekend Breakfast Attendant - PT

We are looking for a fun and energetic Breakfast attendant to welcome our morning guests to breakfast buffet, attend to their needs, and keep their dishes cleared. You’ll be the face of our restaurant and responsible for our customers’ experiences. Breakfast Attendant responsibilities include arriving at 6am and ensuring the buffet is set up and ready to go, brewing fresh coffee and ensuring our tables are clean and tidy when guests arrive. During your shift you will continue to take care of guests and ensure the buffet are is clean and stocked. Once breakfast is done your duties are to clean and stock the buffet, wipe down tables and clean the floors getting the room ready for the next morning. You will typically complete your shift between 11am and 12pm depending how busy the morning was. Your ultimate goal will be to provide high-quality service that will help us maintain and attract customers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and order
• Attend to customers upon entrance
• Let guests know what is available on the breakfaast buffet and provide assistance as needed
• Assist any guests with disabilities as needed
• Answer questions and make recommendations

Collaborate with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff

• Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude and find solutions
• Issue bills and accept payment or collect vouchers

Skills

• Guest service experience preferred but personality is key!
• Hands-on experience in cashier duties
• Attention to cleanliness and safety
• Patience and customer-oriented approach
• Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude
• Responsible and trustworthy

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
