Essential Responsibilities
- Maintain lawns, landscaping, and exterior grounds
- Mow lawns and operate riding mower
- Trim weeds, shrubs, and plants using weed eaters and trimmers
- Pull weeds and assist with landscaping upkeep
- Sweep exterior walkways
- Remove trash and debris from grounds
- Maintain and care for lawn and maintenance equipment
- Report needed repairs and maintenance concerns
- Assist with additional maintenance or grounds duties as assigned

- Ability to read and follow instructions, procedures, and safety guidelines
- Ability to report and document maintenance needs
- Basic knowledge of lawn equipment operation and care
- Understanding of cleaning methods, tools, and equipment preferred
This position requires outdoor work in a variety of weather conditions and involves physical labor throughout the workday. Candidates must be able to:
- Lift and carry at least 50 pounds
- Safely operate mowing, trimming, and maintenance equipment
- Bend, kneel, crouch, twist, shovel, and work in confined spaces as needed
- Work on ladders and elevated platforms up to 30 feet
- Work around dirt, dust, paint, cleaning chemicals, and maintenance materials
- Remain alert to member and child safety hazards at all time
