UI Migration Project Manager (Contract – Remote)
We’re seeking a motivated, client-focused Project Manager to support a large-scale UI migration initiative for top-tier healthcare customers. This is a fully remote contract opportunity expected to last 3 months, focused on helping clinics transition to a new user interface in support of mandatory NCPT compliance requirements.
This role is ideal for candidates with 1–2 years of professional experience in project coordination, customer support, onboarding, training, or software implementations. Recent graduates with strong communication skills, internship experience, or customer-facing project experience are encouraged to apply.
You’ll work closely with approximately 40 high-profile customers, guiding them through migration planning, training, and adoption in a highly collaborative, “white-glove” support environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers during the UI migration process
- Track migration progress, manage timelines, and ensure compliance deadlines are met
- Conduct virtual training sessions and walkthroughs on the new UI
- Help resolve customer issues and coordinate with internal product/support teams
- Provide regular project updates and status reporting to leadership
- 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, customer success, onboarding, implementation, or related fields
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- Comfortable leading trainings or presenting software features to users
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment
- Recent graduates with relevant internships or transferable experience encouraged to apply
- $25–$30/hour
- 100% Remote
- Contract Duration: Approximately 3-6 Months
