- Oversee all phases of the product lifecycle management (PLM) process, from planning to post-go-live support.
- Partner closely with product owners, IT, business stakeholders, and vendors throughout implementation.
- Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and resources.
- Identify and mitigate risks; maintain risk register and ensure ownership/mitigation activities are tracked.
- Facilitate stage-gate reviews and ensure required documentation is complete.
- Conduct project planning workshops, clarify roles, and support resource planning.
- Coordinate cross-functional workstreams and vendor activities.
- Ensure clear communication of project status via dashboards, documentation, and regular reviews.
- Manage change control processes and escalate issues as needed.
- Support smooth transition to steady-state operations post-implementation.
- Strong foundation in product lifecycle management (PLM) methodology.
- Current experience with stage-gate required.
- 7 years of experience in product/program management, ideally within business operations or technology initiatives.
- Experience with both Agile and Waterfall SDLC projects.
- Proven success managing multi-vendor coordination and distributed resources.
- Skilled in budget/resource planning, variance tracking, and financial oversight.
- Excellent communication skills; ability to present to senior stakeholders and lead workshops.
- Strong risk management experience, including creating and maintaining risk registers.
- Familiarity with change control processes and governance.
- Ability to build strong partnerships with product owners and cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in product lifecycle management (PLM) environments.
