Responsibilities
- Design and develop radar software for signal processing, detection, tracking, and situational awareness.
- Implement radar algorithms into scalable, production-quality C software.
- Analyze radar performance and troubleshoot system-level issues across software, RF, and hardware.
- Collaborate with RF, FPGA, embedded, and systems engineers to optimize radar performance.
- Build tools and frameworks to improve radar development, testing, and deployment.
- Provide technical leadership and mentor engineers across multidisciplinary teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or a related field.
- 8 years of experience developing radar, RF sensing, electronic warfare, communications, or advanced signal processing systems.
- Strong understanding of radar fundamentals including detection, tracking, waveform design, propagation effects, and performance analysis.
- Expert-level C development experience
- Experience implementing radar or signal processing algorithms in production environments.
- Ability to collaborate across hardware, RF, FPGA, embedded, and software engineering teams.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance may be required.
