Recruiting Manager | Business Development - IT - Agency Recruiter is a sales-driven recruiting role focused on growing client relationships and delivering technology talent solutions across permanent and contract staffing engagements.
Responsibilities
- Develop new IT and technology client relationships through targeted prospecting
- Build and manage a book of business across software, infrastructure, data, and engineering roles
- Partner with CIOs, IT Directors, and technical hiring managers
- Deliver permanent, contract, and contract-to-hire staffing solutions
- Advise clients on market trends, talent availability, and compensation
- Negotiate search terms and staffing strategies
- Collaborate with recruiting teams to ensure timely candidate delivery
- Maintain consistent activity to drive revenue growth
Qualifications
- Sales or recruiting experience preferred
