What are the responsibilities and job description for the Operations Support Analyst position at Alexander Technology Group?

Alexander Technology Group is seeking a Software Support Engineer for our New Hampshire based client. The successful candidate will be responsible for internal software support of multiple applications. Candidates must be comfortable working in a support capacity, being customer facing and have excellent problem-solving skills.

Qualifications Include

  • 6 years of experience
  • SQL
  • T-SQL
  • SSIS
  • SSRS
  • Prior experience supporting clients/customers
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Problem solving ability
