Jira Administrator / ITSM Analyst

Our client is seeking a Jira Administrator / ITSM Analyst to support its Production Analytics team. This role is ideal for someone with strong Jira administration experience who enjoys improving IT operations, driving automation, and implementing ITIL best practices.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve the organization's Incident Management process.
• Administer and optimize Jira across the technology organization.
• Lead the migration of three existing Jira environments into a single enterprise Jira instance.
• Implement ITIL best practices while introducing AI-driven automation and process improvements.
• Identify and eliminate manual operational processes through automation.
• Administer Datadog and other centralized technology operations tools.
• Partner with engineering and infrastructure teams to improve operational efficiency and service delivery.
  
  

Qualifications

• Experience administering Jira in an enterprise environment.
• Hands-on experience leading or supporting Jira migrations.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes, including Incident Management.
• Experience with Datadog or similar monitoring platforms.
• Automation mindset with scripting experience in PowerShell or Python.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
