IT Operations Analyst

Alexander Technology Group is looking for a technically strong, highly organized IT Operations Analyst for our client in northern MA. The IT Operations Analyst will help projects run smoothly, work with vendors, troubleshoot issues, and keep systems and reporting on track—jumping in wherever needed.

• Manage IT and business systems projects from start to finish
• Work with vendors and internal teams to get things done
• Support marketing systems like HubSpot and create reports
• Troubleshoot technical issues and report findings
• Jump in wherever needed to keep operations moving
