Join a team building an AI program from the ground up. You’ll lead the design and development of AI prototypes, LLM-powered solutions, and backend frameworks that support new product capabilities and engineering excellence across the organization.
Key Highlights
- Lead AI/LLM POCs, prototypes, and solution frameworks.
- Build backend systems supporting AI workloads (APIs, microservices, cloud).
- Work with LLMs (GPT, Claude, LLaMA) and GenAI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, RAG).
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business to define high-impact AI use cases.
- Implement AI-assisted engineering tools and best practices.
- Evaluate and operationalize emerging AI/ML techniques.
- 8 years of software development (Java or .NET preferred).
- 2 years building applications with LLMs or GenAI frameworks.
- Experience with high-scale SaaS, ML/LLM integration, and model performance evaluation.
- Strong backend engineering skills (REST APIs, microservices, cloud, Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong communication and ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives.
