Role Description
This is a full-time role as an Account Manager. Responsibilities include managing client accounts, building strong client relationships, overseeing project progress, and ensuring client satisfaction. The Account Manager will coordinate with team members, address client inquiries, and ensure services align with the company's high standards for quality and efficiency. Additional tasks may include preparing reports, scheduling, and contributing to process improvements.
Qualifications
- Account Management, Client Relationship Building, and Customer Service skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal
- Basic knowledge of landscaping, property maintenance, or related fields is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred
- Ability to work independently and remotely while meeting deadlines
