We're currently hiring caring and reliable Direct Support Workers (DSWs) who are passionate about making a difference.
Full time Position : 12 hour shifts - days
located in Covington
Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene
- Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping tasks
- Follow individualized care plans and maintain accurate care records
- Monitor and report any changes in health or behavior
- Encourage participation in social and community activities
- Work alongside other care professionals to provide comprehensive support
- Ensure a clean, safe, and respectful environment
- Perform other duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Experience in direct care is a plus, but not required
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical tasks
- Clean background check
- CPR and First Aid certification (preferred)
- Basic computer skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
