What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Analyst position at Alexander Chapman?
We are working with a Seattle-based real estate investment firm seeking a Real Estate Analyst or Associate to join its multifamily investment and asset management team.
The role will support the full investment lifecycle, including underwriting new opportunities, due diligence, financing, construction tracking, business-plan execution and ongoing asset management.
Key responsibilities include:
- Underwriting multifamily investment opportunities
- Building and reviewing financial models
- Supporting transaction due diligence
- Monitoring debt and equity financing
- Tracking construction progress, budgets and timelines
- Supporting portfolio performance and asset-management initiatives
- Preparing investment materials and property-level analysis
The ideal candidate will have prior professional experience in real estate investments, acquisitions, underwriting or asset management. Direct multifamily experience is important, along with exposure to financing, construction tracking and business-plan execution.
The title is flexible depending on experience. Candidates directly out of college will not be considered.
