- Conduct detailed financial modeling and valuation analysis (e.g., LBOs, DCFs, comparable companies) to assess potential investment opportunities
- Perform in-depth due diligence, including analyzing financial statements, industry dynamics, and competitive positioning of target companies
- Support deal execution by coordinating with advisors (bankers, lawyers, consultants) and assisting in structuring transactions
- Prepare investment memos, presentations, and materials for internal investment committees and senior stakeholders
