Key Responsibilities
- Support daily operational processes including cash management, fund flows, reconciliations, and trade settlements
- Monitor data integrity across internal and external platforms (accounting, custodial, investment systems)
- Identify, document, and resolve operational breaks or discrepancies
- Assist in mapping and improving workflows, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency
- Maintain and enhance internal databases, dashboards, and reporting tools
- Prepare recurring reports, KPIs, and performance metrics for internal stakeholders
- Support ad-hoc analysis and data-driven insights for management
- Coordinate with investment and finance teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of transactions
- Participate in operational due diligence for new investments, service providers, and counterparties
- Contribute to special projects involving treasury management, fund administration, or technology integration
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, FinTech, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, fund administration, financial analysis, or investment operations (internship experience may be considered)
- Strong Excel skills; experience with Power BI, SQL, Tableau, or similar tools preferred
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and follow-through
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
