Operations Analyst

A leading investment-focused organization is seeking an Operations Analyst to join its growing team. This role sits at the intersection of finance, data, and process management, supporting a broad range of operational functions that are critical to the firm’s investment and reporting infrastructure.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive, with the ability to work across teams and improve existing workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily operational processes including cash management, fund flows, reconciliations, and trade settlements
• Monitor data integrity across internal and external platforms (accounting, custodial, investment systems)
• Identify, document, and resolve operational breaks or discrepancies
• Assist in mapping and improving workflows, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency
• Maintain and enhance internal databases, dashboards, and reporting tools
• Prepare recurring reports, KPIs, and performance metrics for internal stakeholders
• Support ad-hoc analysis and data-driven insights for management
• Coordinate with investment and finance teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of transactions
• Participate in operational due diligence for new investments, service providers, and counterparties
• Contribute to special projects involving treasury management, fund administration, or technology integration

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, FinTech, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in operations, fund administration, financial analysis, or investment operations (internship experience may be considered)
• Strong Excel skills; experience with Power BI, SQL, Tableau, or similar tools preferred
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and follow-through
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
