- Commercial & Margin Strategy: Analyze product usage, unit economics, and contract structures to optimize gross margins, design pricing frameworks, and evaluate strategic distribution partnerships.
- Operational & Data Tooling: Translate complex performance metrics into custom operational dashboards and analytical tools that empower cross-functional teams to execute in real time.
