- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve annual revenue and growth goals.
- Identify, pursue, and secure new commercial and industrial construction opportunities.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with owners, developers, municipalities, architects, engineers, and industry partners.
- Represent Alexander & Bebout at networking events, trade organizations, and community functions.
- Lead client meetings, presentations, and project discovery discussions.
- Collaborate with Preconstruction to develop proposals, budgets, and conceptual project solutions.
- Maintain an active pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasting using CRM tools.
- Work with Marketing to support branding, campaigns, and lead generation initiatives.
- Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Commercial construction or design-build sales.
- Knowledge of Northwest Ohio and Northeast Indiana commercial markets.
- Existing network of owners, developers, municipalities, architects, and engineers.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of sales or business development experience, preferably within commercial construction, design-build, or related industries.
- Proven track record of generating new business and achieving sales goals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong relationship-building and networking abilities.
- Ability to understand construction concepts, project delivery methods, and estimating processes.
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
