Project Manager

I’m representing a leading consultancy that’s looking to strengthen their Land Development & Water Resources team in Houston with an experienced Project Manager focused on drainage, stormwater and site development infrastructure across Central Texas.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys delivering site development and stormwater projects, working closely with developers, municipalities and public agencies, while taking ownership of project delivery, client relationships and technical outcomes.

Job Specifications:

• Lead planning and delivery of complex land development and water resources projects across Houston and the surrounding region

• Oversee design delivery for stormwater management systems, drainage infrastructure, detention/retention facilities and site development utilities

• Prepare and manage project scopes, schedules and budgets while coordinating multidisciplinary teams

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, municipalities and regulatory agencies

• Provide technical oversight on drainage studies, hydrology & hydraulics modelling and site infrastructure design

• Mentor junior engineers and support the growth of the Austin team

Requirements:

• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Texas or ability to obtain

• Strong experience delivering land development or water resources infrastructure projects in Texas

• Background in stormwater design, drainage analysis, site grading and utility infrastructure

• Experience managing project delivery and coordinating with clients and permitting agencies

• Strong leadership and communication skills
