Senior Civil Engineer – Land Development

I’m working with a well established land development consultancy looking to add a Senior Civil Engineer to their growing team.
This is a role for someone who enjoys being hands-on technically but also wants real involvement in clients, project delivery and long term career growth — not just staying behind the drawings.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading site civil design across commercial, residential and mixed-use developments
- Working closely with clients and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle
- Producing and reviewing plans using Civil 3D
- Supporting and mentoring junior engineers
- Playing a key part in project delivery from early concept through approvals
