What are the responsibilities and job description for the Land Use & Zoning Associate Attorney position at Alevistar Legal Search?
Prominent full service suburban firm, has an immediate need for a Land Use and Zoning Attorney. The ideal candidate should have 4 years of experience and and should be licensed in both PA & NJ, or eligible to waive into both states. The firm will consider candidates that have both Land Use/Zoning experience, or candidates that have Municipal law experience as well. Alternatively, they would be open to looking at candidates with a litigation background that are seeking to transition into Land Use. This role would involve representing developers, homebuilders, homeowners and landowners throughout PA & NJ. Candidates must be willing to travel throughout both PA & NJ to represent these clients at zoning meetings, planning commissions and other local authorities. These meetings primarily take place after "normal" hours of work.
