We are looking for a recent college graduate with a degree in finance or a related field. Please apply only if you graduated with a degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or other related majors. The candidate must have a passion for M&A and investment banking with the motivation to learn at a smaller firm. Needs to be an effective communicator with strong business acumen and interpersonal skills. Entrepreneurial or investing experience is a plus.
Candidates not located in the tri-state area must have the ability to relocate to NYC immediately without assistance. Interested candidates should submit their resume.
Employer Profile: A Wall Street-based boutique investment bank is seeking highly qualified candidates for their Summer internship program. The firm offers a full range of services including mergers & acquisitions, financial analysis, deal sourcing, valuation assessment, and due diligence planning & implementation.
Position: Full-time (in-person) internship for 12 weeks with the potential for a full-time analyst position upon completion of the internship.
Responsibilities: The intern's responsibilities will include but will not be limited to company & financial analysis, deal sourcing, database work, industry research, and back-office support. Full-time analyst responsibilities will also include business development.
Required Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree required
· Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
· Excellent analytical and writing skills
· Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat/Reader
· Strong attention to detail
· Ability to manage a variety of projects simultaneously
