STORE MANAGER
Reports to: Vice President
Status: Regular, Full-Time, Exempt
Location: Fairbanks, AK
Schedule: Average of 40-50 hours per week. Rotating Saturdays, plus some Sundays during show season.
Compensation: Base salary plus commission and sales bonuses, with estimated earnings potential of $85,000-$95,000

The Position: We are looking for the right person for our Retail Store Manager at our Fairbanks location. Learn firsthand from Alaskan experts with over 20 years in the business. The primary role of the Store Manager is to provide excellent customer service to all customers that visit the store, by answering customer questions and concerns, providing advice for customer needs, and providing the best experience for the customer. The Store Manager is also responsible for the daily operations of the store, including scheduling employees, maintaining inventory, and managing the customer experience.
