Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive driver training sessions for students of all ages, including teen drivers, adult learners, and individuals with special needs.
- Deliver instruction on standard passenger car operation
- Teach advanced driving skills such as highway maneuvers, night driving, adverse weather techniques, defensive driving
- Provide personalized instruction tailored to each student’s learning style and progress, ensuring clear understanding of safe driving practices.
- Assess student performance regularly, offer constructive feedback, and adapt teaching strategies to maximize learning outcomes.
Qualifications
- Valid certification as a Driving Instructor
- valid Massachusetts Driver’s License
- Ability to pass a yearly CORI check
- Clean driving record
