Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Driving Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for educating students on safe driving practices, traffic laws, and vehicle operation. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage a classroom environment effectively. As a Driving Instructor, you will play a crucial role in shaping the driving skills of future drivers and promoting road safety.
Duties
- Conduct instruction on driving theory, traffic laws, and safe driving practices.
- Provide hands-on driving lessons in various conditions to enhance students' practical skills.
- Assess students’ progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve.
- Maintain a positive and engaging environment to encourage student participation.
- Communicate effectively with students and their families regarding progress and areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in teaching or coaching is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to educate diverse groups of students.
- Experience working with students is highly desirable.
- Proficient in techniques to foster a productive learning environment.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required.
- Ability to drive various types of vehicles safely under different conditions.
- A patient demeanor with a passion for teaching others how to drive safely.

- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- RMV Driver Education License (Preferred)
