Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role located in Sacramento, CA. The Sales Associate will be responsible for generating sales by identifying customer needs, providing tailored security solutions, and building strong client relationships. Daily tasks include following up on leads, conducting product demonstrations, closing sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role involves maintaining in-depth knowledge of Alert 360's products and services to effectively meet the needs of residential and business clients.

• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment

• Technical aptitude for learning about security systems and automation products
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus
• Previous experience in sales or the security industry is a strong advantage
