Alarm Helper Technician
A helper alarm technician will install and service security and CCTV systems to both residential and commercial customers. Assisting Technicians as needed, while growing knowledge of alarm systems and CCTV. They will also provide support to field personnel, job-site superintendents, and sales and installation staff. This position will interact with and provide a point of coordination between Management, Sales, Project Coordination, and fellow technicians.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience with running wire, telecommunications, CCTV or field service PERFERRED
- Ability to work with hand tools and follow safety guidelines
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A high school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certification preferred
- Internet networking/ Port forwarding skills preferred
- A Clean background
- Pass a Drug Test
- Good driving record and a valid drivers license
