Job Title: Tele Sales Representatives

Schedule: 8:00AM to 4:30PM or 8:30AM to 5PM including weekends* Their call center is open 7 days a week with weekend shifts between 8AM to 8PM. They rotate the weekend shifts amongst the entire temp team.
About the Opportunity:
The Government Telesales representative is responsible for selling and retaining government health plan members through the call center while ensuring full compliance with all CMS, state, and company requirements.

- Explaining Medicare and how Independent Health plans work
- Reviewing plan options, benefits, and any plan changes
- Answering questions about coverage, including prescription drugs and healthcare providers
- Helping determine whether doctors and medications are covered under Independent Health plans
- Completing enrollment applications over the phone
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED is required
- Minimum of 1-year of customer service experience is required
