Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 / hr.

Hours: 40 hrs/Week.

Length: temp to perm.

Here's what you'd do:

• The client seeks individuals to test and troubleshoot electronic equipment to meet production schedules and performance standards.
• This position will receive instructions on daily work and new assignments.
• Duties and tasks are standardized, but what is performed will vary daily.
• Performs various production assembly operations on electronic components and sub-assemblies.
• Uses test procedures, drawings, schematics, and verbal/written instructions to test and troubleshoot units.
• Works under minimal supervision.
• Works on assignments that are moderate to complex in nature.
• Displays leadership traits by acting as a positive role model for others.
• Lead a small project and provide direction to others.
• Initiates and contributes to improving processes, lead times, throughput, and cost reductions.
• Maintains fixturing, performs calibration, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance.
• Assist with training other AE employees in established processes.
• Documents test results accurately.
• Act as the technical interface with other departments.
• Models a professional and positive work ethic.
• Considers the impact of quality on customers when making decisions.
• Many tasks are repetitive in motion and include electronic assembly equipment.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Associate Degree in Electronics.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in electronic testing and circuit analysis.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in electro-mechanical testing and circuit analysis.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in ESD practices.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in testing electrical circuits and assemblies.
• Ability to troubleshoot down to the component level.
• Ability to maintain a professional rapport with support groups and peers while achieving results.
• Ability to provide seamless coverage across all product platforms with minimal training and guidance.
• Ability to manage team priorities and demonstrate a high level of initiative.
• Ability to effectively work in a team environment.
• Ability to perform basic reading, writing, and math functions.
• Soldering skills needed.
• Ability to perform basic electro/mechanical assembly skills.
• Component Identification and the ability to read technical assembly documentation and schematics.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Basic Knowledge of SAP.
• Proven ability and experience maintaining flexibility and adapting in a team environment.

Additional Information:

• Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
• Be willing to work nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Works in an environment that is noisy and fast-paced.
• Overtime (OT) may be needed in times of increased production.
