Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work onsite with our client in Oldsmar, FL. Interested?
Here's what you'd do:
- Operates through-hole or surface mount technology (SMT) automatic assembly equipment to produce high-quality complex printed circuit board assemblies.
- Responsible for set-up, operations, and routine maintenance.
- Manually or using semi-automatic equipment, screen print solder paste.
- Operate adhesive dispensing equipment.
- Loads components supplied in tubes or reels onto feeders and loads feeders onto placement equipment.
- Hand place some SMT components.
- Place assembled printed circuit boards into solder reflow ovens.
- Use standard electronic hand tools (solder, flux, and adhesive).
- Utilize drawings, visual aids, and other instructions to identify defects.
- Under limited supervision, responsible for moderately complex Surface Mount manufacturing processes utilizing automated equipment and hand assembly.
- Performs semi-routine SMT, Inspection, and AOI equipment set-up, operation, and adjustment, and utilizes other Surface Mount Technology equipment such as X-RAY and stencil Printing.

Pay: $18.00 - $28.00 / hr.
Hours: 4/10-2nd Shift

- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a machine operator.
- Minimum 2 years of machine shop equipment, IPC-A-610, IPC-J-STD, Surface Mount Technology experience.
- Able to work independently.
