Job Title: Senior Manufacturing/Production Operator - 1st Shift

What You'll Do:
- Perform production assembly operations on electronic and mechanical assemblies and subassemblies
- Read and interpret schematics, drawings, bills of materials, and work instructions
- Complete wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing activities
- Integrate subassemblies into final hardware and perform final assembly of small systems
- Conduct basic electrical testing and support hardware rework, repair, and refurbishment activities

What You'll Bring:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of manufacturing, production, assembly, or related experience
- 2 years of experience reading and interpreting schematics, drawings, or technical documentation
- 2 years of experience working with Bills of Materials (BOMs), measuring equipment, and work order tracking systems
