Schedule:
This role requires open availability during training.
- First 1-3 months: Paid training Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
- After training: Transition to 12-hour shifts
- Day shift: 6:00 AM-6:00 PM
- Night shift: 6:00 PM-6:00 AM
- Production schedule: 3-4 days per week on rotating 12-hour shifts

What You'll Do:
- Work in a cleanroom environment, utilizing tracking systems to monitor wafer production
- Perform preventive maintenance on advanced 300mm semiconductor equipment
- Conduct detailed visual inspections following maintenance procedures
- Troubleshoot equipment and system error messages
- Analyze Statistical Process Control (SPC) charts to ensure product quality
- Support spare parts inventory and lifecycle management
- Wear full PPE and assist with component handling (20-100 lbs as needed)
What You'll Bring:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Excel
- Typing speed of 35 WPM
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical procedures
