What You'll Do:
- Partner with business leaders to develop, implement, and evaluate internal communications across sales, service, and operations.
- Plan and deliver organizational announcements, change management communications, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Manage divisional intranet content, including content development, design, and ongoing updates.
- Evaluate and implement new communication channels to improve employee awareness, engagement, and access to information.
- Support an inclusive workplace culture while maintaining internal control standards and addressing audit findings and regulatory issues, as applicable.
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Executive level communication creation
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Creation of complex PowerPoint presentations
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Project management foundational
What Sets You Apart:
- Personal Computer skills
- Knowledge of contemporary communications channeled
- Design and publication skills.
