What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist position at Aleron?
This individual will serve as the first point of contact for clients, carriers, and visitors, while providing administrative support to the licensed agents. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented, service-minded professional looking for steady daytime hours through early December.
- Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a warm, professional manner
- Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings for the Sales Team
- Manage the front desk, including sign-in procedures and maintaining a tidy reception area
- Update systems and upload documentation regarding meetings as instructed
- Provide general administrative support: data entry, filing, scanning, and document preparation
- Support the licensed agents with administrative tasks as assigned
- Uphold confidentiality when handling client and employee benefits information
* 1 year Prior receptionist, front desk, or administrative experience preferred
* Professional phone etiquette and strong verbal and written communication skills
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working independently at a front desk
* Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive client and benefits information
* High school diploma or equivalent required
