What You'll Do:
- Install, configure, operate, troubleshoot, and maintain audio/visual equipment, including projectors, mixers, microphones, speakers, video conferencing systems, and live broadcasting encoders.
- Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 on-site and remote support for computers, laptops, multifunction printers, scanners, plotters, phones, and handheld devices.
- Set up, operate, and break down A/V equipment for meetings, board sessions, corporate events, public outreach activities, and other internal or external events.
- Create troubleshooting procedures, technical documentation, and end-user training materials while identifying opportunities to improve support processes.
- Coordinate equipment delivery, installation, relocation, maintenance, and vendor services, while participating in an on-call rotation for 24/7 support as needed.
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 2 years of experience in the setup, support and maintenance of audio / visual equipment including LCD/LED TV's, projectors and PA Systems.
- 2 years of experience in the setup, support and maintenance of multifunctional printers, scanners, and plotters.
- 2 years of experience in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, including word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software and email.
What Sets You Apart:
- Associate Degree.
- A Certification, Networking Certification.
- Basic knowledge in the field of Audio / Visual.
- Basic Knowledge in the field of reprographics.
- Familiar with working in a tiered support structure organization.
- Ability to follow directions and analyze problems to deliver results.
- Basic knowledge of PC Networking concepts and terminology, with a familiarity of Windows Active Directory.
Additional Information:
- Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check.
- Valid Class C Texas Driver's License with favorable driving record.
